Pre-Order Code not working

Hi everyone,

I pre-ordered 2 weeks ago… I received my code today… but when I want to use it…. it’s not recognized (and I cannot grab the 20€ that I already paid…)

What can I do ?

In my case, I understood why it doesn’t work. I work abroad, and when I registered the pre-order I wasn’t on the same country.

I tried this morning from my office (where I registered) and it works now
