I just got my CMF Watch Pro 2, downloaded the CMF WATCH app (Google Play), entered my email address, a password, checked the circle that says that I agree to the Privacy and User Agreements, pressed the button to “GENERATE” a verification code and just like your company name… nothing.
No email with a verification code or any other information on any of my folders. After 5 hours of waiting and pressing that button every hour, i think something is not right.
I see that alexander got the same issue almost 1 year ago, but I do not see any replies or answers from any other user or person working for this company.
This might be the fastest return of a product I have experienced.
PS: on this screen if I click on the “Privacy Policy” or the “User Agreement” links, the app goes to the main page for this company, not to the page where I can read the “Privacy Policy” or the “User Agreement”.
