Der Piepton nach jedem Scrollen im Ohrhörer-Etui muss nicht mehr irritierend und ablenkend wirken und dafür sorgen, dass sich die Ohrhörer billig anfühlen. Der Lautstärkeanstieg in den Knospen ist ausreichend Rückmeldung. Die Pieptöne sind unnötig.

Ouch my music is too loud, I’ll turn it down…. BEEP! Jesus… why make the beep louder than any other sound that can possibly emanate from these things. Really annoying. Stupid design decision, or a decision made with zero feedback from a test group or a person who can hear? This plus the out of box eq makes me think that used rats to test them. Come on nothing, do England proud and sort your shit out.

@Nothing, @CMF Please please please add the ability to disable the beep when using the dial to adjust volume. It is literally painfully loud and there is no good reason for it to exist.

For me problem is not in beep, but in ducking.
Half of sounds is ducking main audio way too much.

I can’t believe this has been a thing since at least July 2024. Its November 2025 and the issue still persists. I got a wishywashy response from ‘Nothing’ when I fed back via Email, so it doesnt seem like there is a solution on the horizon.

Luckily I got my Buds Pro 2 from Amazon, and I will be sending a refund request the same day I got these things!

This feedback sound is the worst. I have been using the Buds Pro 2 for a year now, and of course that stopped me from using the case wheel. Then I went on with my life, totally forgetting about this awful awful sound.

Then I bought the Headphones Pro… SERIOUSLY NOTHING ? WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS EVEN ON YOUR NEW PRODUCTS ?

How are they keeping on implementing this terrible feature ?

I just created a Nothing account for the sole purpose of contributing to this thread, advocating for the removal of the volume ‘boop’!

As others have said, the volume change is immediate, but the ‘beep’ cuts in introducing a disconcerting delay, and preventing multi-step volume changing. It’s such a shame to have this feature on an otherwise outstanding product. What’s even more bizzare is when the volume reaches zero, there’s an extra loud ‘BIP BIP’!

I’d LOVE to just be able to zip up and down volume levels, without delay from 0-100 using the wheel. Perhaps incriments of 5 per step?
