Ich habe festgestellt, dass mein Nothing Phone 2 Touch beim Tippen und Scrollen manchmal nicht klickt oder reagiert

NHN Yes, I say a hardware problem, then I think of this, After the screen performs the first detection, it now works smoothly until the moment you stop touching it. So it’s like it can be fixed with software

omer.e Touch maybe, but unevennesses, not a chance, that’s a hardware issue & only a new handset or replacement screen will fix that.

Who releases a handset with a flat screen, that isn’t actually flat, that also has a glass screen protector (not available anymore afaik) to fit to the screen sold by the brand itself, that will not sit flat, seriously!!!

I got a phone yesterday and haven’t applied a screen protector yet. However, the touch screen is exhibiting unusual behaviour, moving around and opening apps without any physical touch. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations to address this issue?

K_A check the edges for ripples, put upto the light & move tilt side to side & up & down to see the light hit the sides with the screen or phone off.

If a new phone has ripples, then they have big issues at Nothing.

NHN Unable to locate anything; perhaps the ripple is too small for me to discern with my naked eyes.

guys , today i found some bug or something , like if u install screen multi touch tester and use two fingers and drag two fingers very close to each other like really close , then the screen stops taking any inputs for a second , like when u zoom out you will drag ur fingers close no , like that if u bring your fingers very close such that one touch circle overlaps another , then the screen is stopping , you guys check once if possible and can anyone please send this to software team of @changename , and any guesses if its a hardware or software issue?

I’m officially stuck with this phone now guys. I have this same problem and Amazon says they can’t help me because the product doesn’t have any warranty and Nothing says they can’t help me because I’m in Pakistan and they can’t ship in and out of Pakistan.

I can’t even sell it here because it’s not popular enough and people aren’t willing to pay this much for this phone.

@HamzaAbbas contact their support and ask if pickup and delivery is available. It was available for me, but I am going to visit their service centre soon.

how days will it gonno take to replace phone if you directly go to service center?

like if i need to replace my phone means and if it takes some 1 week or so , i cant be without a phone as its very imp to me

yahyaedits55 bro I mentioned that I live in Pakistan. Nothing isn’t officially available in Pakistan so they said we cannot ship into and out of Pakistan. Which means they cannot repair or replace it for me.

It’s been 4months and 9 days since this issue was raised and still we didn’t get any update till now and when we tag the person who is incharge of the handling of our problem the mods strike us saying unnecessarily tagging the responsible party so what should we do dude if we don’t tag then when will we even get an update that there is some solution to this defect all we have gotten is your responsible party saying we are aware do you people really intend to destroy your new brand reputation via not writing a code for better touch responsiveness man really lazy and irresponsivearen’t you all

DhruvParashar_VsEHHnoiHS If you read the first message it states nothing.community related issues should be flagged, such as spammers, scammers, or other people breaking the Community Guidelines - (which perhaps you should refresh yourself with). You’ve been told that the team are aware and are working on it - there is no need to tag team members asking for updates; they’ve already provided all of the information they have and you need to be patient as the dev team are working on the issue.

adbo ok dude you are right but it’s been 4 months don’t you think it’s been enough time for a issue like this to be solved or atleast give us some response over when will this issue be solved

Yes we need some response atleast …… this is not a good move considering the phone 2 is upper midrange device and costs so much money , and we trusted the company even if its new and see this is very much spoiling user expirence of everyone.

Can we atleast know when will the response come and pls make this issue a priority .

If this problem was on samsung or apple pro phones, they would have already fixed it. Isn’t Np2 your pro device? Of course, the problem is software?

omer.e yeah man when I bought my Samsung table it used to not store Ram in. Background but they fixed it within first update np 2 is their pro device and the only device they have this year even after that the small issue has not been fixed and and its been more then 4 months already
