Hey! Yup, I’ve seen similar overnight drain too—especially after a few months of usage. A drop from 90% to 81% over 7+ hours isn’t horrible, but yeah, ideally it should lose maybe 2–4% max if everything’s optimized. 👇
Here are a few things that might be causing it:
🔋 Background Apps: Even if you’re not actively using apps like WhatsApp or Facebook, they can still sync in the background—especially if you’ve got notifications, media auto-download, or background data turned on.
🌙 Always-On Display / Lock screen widgets: If AOD is enabled or if you’ve got widgets running on your lock screen, it’ll sip some battery through the night.
📶 Network Signal: Poor network = more battery drain. If your signal is weak overnight, your phone might be trying harder to stay connected.
📡 Location / Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Scanning: If any of these are left on, even in the background, they could be pinging networks or GPS silently.
🔄 System / App Updates: Sometimes Nothing OS or app updates run maintenance tasks or indexing overnight, especially if the phone’s idle and charging.
