wow we don’t gaf if there are million bugs.. it should be logic that a flagship phone gets earlier updates

      Alot of these in the chat should realise that your not being limited with the experience,this is a beta, i wouldn’t even even recommend downloading it at such an early stage ,its just a test and I would argue that the phone users of the last generations will probably get a better experience as taking more time to optimize it for your device is better than having an unstable release then Crying about it later,please be patient if you are not then be happy loosing your data ,I’m surprised by how it’s even an issue if you really think that a late update will make you reconsider what phone you buy than go ahead . I mean seriously like just a late update is making everyone here go bonkers

        burakdede good lord your being dramatic. Phone 2a is their newest device so of course it gets beta first. Works like that with any company.

            Hello everyone, this message is directed to the community as a community member. I think you guys are getting mad, for the update on 2a instead of 2, for no reason at all. This is a BETA. This means it has bugs and it’s not fully operational. Do not ignore the warnings when they say some stuff might not work, and you SHOULD do a backup.

            Personally I own a 2a and I’m fit to install the new version. But I will wait for the official release date to install it. I do not want to have problems for something I will have in 2 months.

            And for my final point… you will have the update anyways. Why are you so stressed if someone else gets it first? Im 101% sure that you guys won’t even care about it once you have it installed for 2weeks. Please be patient and understand this is a BETA.

              Natalie ✨ This is very disappointing for all those who paid so much extra for the Phone (2). You’ve been prioritising (2a) all this while by launching new variants and now it gets the new OS before the Phone (2)! Absolutely horrible experience buying an expensive phone from this brand. OnePlus was way better in its time when Carl Pei was there instead of here.

                Everyone here who is mad about Np2 not getting the beta needs to chill, we get it you paid the premium for your Np2, however as some have mentioned, please value the fact that np 2a users will be the forefront of testing nothing os 3.0, so I would assume the team could address issues seen first before public release and or release of beta to your devices. Kings testing the food before it is served 😔. Be grateful of this new upstart brand, who barnone is doing something that nobody else in the industry is doing, be grateful that the nothing company actually values community feedback, do not take advantage of this to berate the hardworking team at nothing, they have worked exceptionally hard to get where they are today so stand with me, in Nothing we trust 🙂

                Got My nothing phone 2a from Flipkart today and so glad that I go a chance to test the beta version 😄 . Sorry NP2’s🙂 users.

                Honestly that’s debatable, quality of materials and performance of Phone 2a and Phone 2 although similar, the snapdragon chip and build of materials really set the both apart.

                  Why I couldn’t download the package from my nothing phone 2a…it shows “ download failed error ENOENT”

                  jayasankarandy005 yk i just don’t like how phone 2a users keep on saying that they are testing the stability of the OS… Talking about bugs and what not as if there’s one OS out there that is 100% perfect… We The phone 2 users should be mad about the updates rollout, it’s totally unfair to get these updates later. It’s not as if even if we wait till November, our open beta testing will be perfect
