You should give Musicolet a try. It’s lightweight but still full of features — it even has an equalizer and lets you add lyrics to your tracks. You can browse your library in different ways, like by playlists, artists, or albums, so it’s easy to jump into whatever fits your mood.
I used to use this app back when I listened to my downloaded music collection. But after switching to the 3a Pro, which doesn’t have an external SD card slot, I can’t really import my 102 GB music library anymore. 😅
These days, I just make playlists manually on streaming platforms whenever I get the time. Still, I really hope smartphones bring back SD card slots at some point — it’d be nice to have some offline functionality for times when there’s no internet connection. Right now, most of my phone’s features rely on being online. If the internet ever goes down, my phone’s basically useless. Let’s just hope there’s never a natural disaster that takes the internet out. 😅
