CormacO_Leary I thought I was the only one who had this reaction. Replaced it with another one and everything is fine. There really is a problem.👍🏻

I have been using the Watch Pro in detail for the last week and there are a few things that I assume should be a priority! They are strictly associated to what I want the watch to have as a user and not related to any other brand and their offering.

Mobile app shows only Today’s step tracking and doesn’t provide a simple option to view logs.
Watch doesn’t support my fitness apps like JeFit and existing workout routines.
Stress monitoring auto trigger expected whenever heart rate jumps up instead of at a fixed interval.
Obviously, no customizable widgets, I am not interested in viewing my sleep timers over a day’s period; 1 time is fine but a dedicated widget is too much. MUSIC should have been there and even a calendar would do wonders.
No support for Google Maps. Having a smart watch should stop the need to view the phone, at least when driving. Can’t get directions from the watch.
No support for Cricket scores / favourite scores or whatever requires live updates. It’s fine if a few watch faces don’t have the kcal and steps counters. Not all of us are health obsessed. There are other things we are interested in as well.

More or less the experience is ⅖. I get the minimalist approach and that is the reason 2 points are listed. And also superior call quality.

I’m having trouble with watch pro

While charging, the screen shows 100% battery sign but once the charger is disconnected and a minute or so watch turns off, can’t reboot or restart or do anything unless the charger is reconnected.

I don’t know whether the battery’s malfunctioning or the software is but I bought this a week ago and never expected to have this kind of problem in only a week.

Just updated the watch pro and the watch is stuck in the home screen, any ideas to fix the problem

I also hope that if the rumours are true and a new watch is being patented, that we’ll not be forgotten as the primary investors in the initial nothing watch.

I mean… why launch another watch when you can’t look after your current customers with your 1st release…

The Step is inaccurate
The sleep inaccurate
3 The weather doesn’t update
Still losing connection

I’ve updated firmware and app my nothing phone 2 is up-to-date. I’ve deleted the app I’ve reinstalled the App I’ve reset the watch too many times to count

These issues go far back as2023 and they’re still not fixed

I’m really not happy and agree to the ⅖ ratings. Nice look, okay price, but the software is not cool, especially

no steps log other than one day back
no google fitness integration - how could I use the data in any other app?

no custom watch faces
random outgoing calls because of screen wake and improper UI for calling (especially if I have my arms crossed before my chest, this happens sooo often)
no customer support / open communication. I only came across this forum by chance in an amazon review. the changelogs usually only state something like “bug fixes” - but which ones?

Rob ⚡️ I own one n all I ask is for a security feature like a lock of some sort n also new community faces which disappeared n keeps getting disconnected don’t know why . Rest I love it it’s just a banger of a watch rockin I am in love besides can’t ask for more than this but watch pro 2 is coming so I hope an exchange will be possible like old for new . Let’s hope it happens.

Bought Watch Pro recently from Flipkart. While am very happy with the watch for activity tracking, the data does not load on Strava despite the provision in CMF Watch app on Android with firmware version 11.0.0.52 on the watch. Have taken it up repeatedly with Nothing Customer Care but of no use. Went even to the service center where they could not do anything and replaced the watch with a new one but with the same result. Syncs perfectly with Google Health though Strava is still a big no no. Can this be looked into by the developers. Bought this only because the option to write device activity to Strava was offered & have started liking Nothing products after my recent purchase of Nothing Phone 2a Plus. Waiting to load my activity data on Strava, where have lot of friends. Only developer team at CMF Watch can make it happen. With hope rests the world.

hrry It’s a nice idea in theory, but sadly CMF “support” are the most inept people I’ve ever come across. I’ve been trying to get 3 separate issues resolved since August, there’s been 6 app updates during this time and not a single issue has been resolved. The keep saying they “understand my frustration” but nothing is happening and they don’t even seem to understand or care about customers.
