Jedes Unternehmen in Indien hat auf seiner offiziellen Website die Teilepreise mit den Arbeitskosten und allem anderen angegeben oder ob es für einen begrenzten Zeitraum einen Extrarabatt gibt. Aber Nothing hat Nothing. Selbst zwei bis drei Jahre nach der Markteinführung ist noch nicht einmal der Preis eines einzigen Teils online verfügbar, so dass die Leute einen Kostenvoranschlag berechnen könnten, bevor sie ein Servicecenter aufsuchen, das für die meisten Leute mehrere hundert Kilometer entfernt ist. Auch der Vertreter der Kundendienst-Hotline erhielt Nothing. Sie selbst haben keine Ahnung von den Kosten oder auch nur einen einfachen Kostenvoranschlag für die Teile. Ich wollte einen Kostenvoranschlag für den Ladeanschluss erhalten, da er sich lockert und häufig angeschlossen und getrennt wird. Ich muss mindestens 4-5, manchmal 10 Mal versuchen, ihn aufzuladen, und ich verwende von Anfang an CMF-65-W-Ladungen und kein Kabel. Es sind jedoch keine Informationen verfügbar. Nothing ist auch nicht im Regierungsprogramm „righttorepairindia“ registriert. Ich hoffe, dass dies schnell behoben wird, denn Nothing ist dafür bereits zu spät.

Every company in India has their parts price on their official website with labour charges and everything else or if there is something kind of extra off on them for limited period of time.

But Nothing has Nothing. Even after 2-3 year of their launch not even a single part’s price is available online for the people to calculate an estimate before visiting a service centre that is for the most people some hundred KM far. Also the representative on the customer care call helpline got Nothing. They themselves have no idea about the charges or even a simple estimate for parts.

I wanted to get an estimate for the charging port as it become loose and is getting connected and disconnected frequently, i have to try atleast 4-5 sometimes 10 time to get to charge and i use cmf 65w charges and nothing cable from the start. But there is no information available.

Nothing is also not registered in righttorepairindia governmental programme.

I do hope this get addressed quickly cause Nothing is already too late for this.

I also have same problem when i check i find lot of dust in my port.

I suggest you to visit local shop and they will clean you Port.

Among there is sone what dust a little bit in my phone 1 but that’s not an issue I once went to service centre and they told me they would clean it for free and I declined at that time because there were only 3-4 dust particles and they haven’t increased after 3-4 months so good to goo but planning to get it clean after a month or two

Among but this will risk for scratch as they will use very roughly especially the transperant back. The people who repair they are very roughly in handling the devices.

Would i take this initiative and make sure no matter what we will serve the product right way as it is without any scratch or damage. I can take this initiative.

Hello Nothing Team. Is pretty disappointed that a company focused on sustainability did not sell spare parts for clients.

Take a google as example selling parts on ifixit, other manufacturers joined it.

Hi Nothing Community,

I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’m facing with my Nothing Phone 2a.

A while back, my phone developed a dent on the frame. Unfortunately, after this, it has completely stopped powering on. There’s no visible screen crack, and the dent itself doesn’t look too severe, but the phone just won’t switch on at all now.

I’ve already contacted the service centre, but they’ve told me that physical damage is not covered under warranty, and the repair would be chargeable.

I’m a big fan of Nothing products and really love the brand. I’m hoping to find out:

Has anyone else faced a similar issue and managed to get their phone repaired or replaced for free, or at least at a reduced cost?

Are there escalation paths or specific contacts in Nothing support who might be able to help with getting this resolved without paying, especially since the phone isn’t working at all now?

Any tips on how to explain the situation to support for the best chance of a goodwill repair or replacement?

I genuinely believe the dent was minor and shouldn’t have led to a complete failure of the device. I’d really appreciate any guidance or success stories from the community.
