Rob ⚡️
Hey Rohit,
Hope you’re doing great!
I’m Saad Iqbal Chavhan, a final-year B.E. Industrial Internet of Things student (graduating June 2026) from Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research, Amravati. I’m also a proud CMF Phone 1 user – been daily-driving it since launch and absolutely love the clean Nothing OS experience and the thoughtful hardware design.
Your posts about Nothing OS 4.0, the cake analogy, and the whole update process have been super inspiring. The direction Nothing (and CMF) is taking – minimal yet powerful, hardware-software harmony, and now AI-native features – is exactly the kind of innovation I want to be part of.
I’m reaching out because I’d love to intern with Nothing or CMF (software/embedded/IoT team). I bring solid hands-on skills that I believe can add value:
Advanced Python & Embedded C, C++
Hardware prototyping with ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi
PCB design in KiCad, MQTT, REST API, sensor interfacing
Multiple live IoT projects on GitHub (github.com/saadiqbal09) – accident detection system with GPS+GSM alerts, PCB drill processor, secure trial manager, real-time environmental dashboard, etc.
AI internship (Edunet + IBM SkillsBuild), Deloitte Data Analytics experience, CCNA, NPTEL Elite Java, Bharat AI Quest (NPCI+NVIDIA) cleared advanced levels.
I’m immediately available for summer/winter/remote internships and would be thrilled to contribute to the next wave of Nothing/CMF products – whether it’s Glyph integrations, Essential Space, IoT features, or anything else the team is cooking.
If there are any openings or if you could kindly point me to the right person/process, I’d be really grateful!
Thanks a ton for building such an awesome community and product
(And big respect for the transparency – the cake post was legendary)
Best regards,
Saad Iqbal Chavhan
