CMF Watch App Network error on login attempt

CMF by Nothing Watch Pro meldet Netzwerkfehler bei der Anmeldung, nachdem versucht wurde, das Profilbild in der CMF WATCH-App zu ändern. Es ist nicht mehr möglich, sich anzumelden. Die App kann zwar die Zugangsdaten prüfen, sich aber nicht anmelden. CMF by Nothing Watch Pro says Network error on login after attempeted to change the profile pic on CMF WATCH app. It is unable to login anymore. The app can manage to check the credentials but cannot login. Does anyone have same issues

I have the same error! I either get this or Auth Failed, seems like they have a server issue or something

I had the same issue and contacted support@cmf-tech.zendesk.com with screenshots and email address for the account.

Big dawg 🥷🏾 good and what works better is contacting them throught their support page which i preffer.

Hello!

Have this great Watch and try to Login and it says Network error. Any News to this?

Sorry my English, come from Germany..

If i type my E-Mail and Password, it says Network Error.

If i try Login with my Google Account, it says “Authentication Failure”

Edit: Got it with the Google Account Failure. I was Login in both Accounts at Google. I logged out in both Accounts and Logged into my Master Account.

Hi all,
I understood that it isn’t something that we can resolve by ourselves.
I contacted the support team from their support page (https://intl.nothing.tech/pages/contact-support) and they resolved the issue by contacting me back.
Try to do the same. Hope it helps.
