After the last update I started noticing that my battery drains like crazy. It drops 30-40% overnight without any screen on time. WIFI battery usage is like 80% is kind of insane, Phone is pretty unusable now if I cant really on the phone to hold a charge. I turned off background apps and always on display. Is this a bug or is there something I am doing wrong?

NothingSpain This is so sad man. this is not a solution to a software issue lol. I did the battery reset thing (completely drain then leave drained for a few hours before charging it again) I read in another forum which helped a bit but the drain is still unusually high.

Since the last update in my Nothing phone 2a, I am getting delayed notifications in almost every app. Like sometimes my phone is in idle mode, and I will receive some notifications together, and I will check that the notifications came actually 10, 15 mins ago. Sometime in gmail and instagram I won’t get any notifications but after opening that app I will get all of the notifications together. This is seriously hampering my work as I use work apps in my phone. Please look into it.

The charging was pretty quick in Nothing 2.6, My phone used to charge in and about an hour, now it’s about 3 hrs and my phone hasn’t charged completely.

It’s just a month, using this brand new nothing 2a special edition phone and I gotta prob. After the software update 3.0 my charging speed has decreased even though using a 65Wat charger of cmf. I humbly request ya people to solve this out

I am a 2a user with power 45w adapter, my phone charges in 65-70 mins
However, I suggest letting phone cooldown before charging as higher temperatures may lead to slower charging speeds

KushPatel1605 My phone barely heats. I never felt the phone heated up to this after purchasing. The issue is same phone which charges quickly with same adapter in NOS 2.6 version why is it taking more than the double time in similar conditions.

I see it as Nothing pushing it’s users to buy their charges seperately.

Dear Sirs, can anyone tell me if it is possible to purchase an original charger for my Nothing phone 2 and send it to Belarus? Since I live in Belarus, we do not have an official Nothing store (CMF), so there is nowhere to buy it.

I user an Anker Nano 3 (511) 30W charger and get 25W on my CMF1. It was £10 in the UK and they sell globally.

You need any PD3.0/PPS charger, not necessarily a NOTHING charger (which I haven’t seen push 33W in any confirmed independent test.

25-28W might be the best the phone pulls.

Note that not all PD3.0 chargers have PPS, so look for that spec in any charger. I looked around US/EU and found the PPS-enabled charger I mentioned to be the best for the buck.

Stoffe Samsung 25W fast charger is 100% compatible with your phone. You could go ahead and buy the Samsung 45W fast charger as well but the gains in charging time won’t be significant as opposed to the difference in cost.

CMF1_hacker Nothing 45W pushes up to 42W after 3.0 update. It was 25-29W before.

ujjal_babu I had this problem, even in 2.6 version, especially when connected to WiFi, it just disappears and I won’t receive any call during that time nor I can make a call during that time.

After updating to Nothing OS 3.0, I’ve noticed significant heat generation during charging with the CMF Power 65W GaN Wall Charger. ‘Charging on Hold’ notifications frequently halt the charging process. I suspect this may be a compatibility issue or a bug introduced in the latest OS update.

I tried charging my Nothing Phone with other chargers, and it worked fine without overheating.
I tried charging different Android phones with the CMF Power 65W GaN Wall Charger for at least one hour, and I found no issues or overheating."
