Samsung Dex like experience

I had an experience of using samsung dex, connecting samsung phones to external monitor and use it like a workstation while on business travel and it was very helpful. Currently with ai capabilities, we can build applications using online tools. Is it possible to build something like DEX for nothing phone 2a?
