I bought the Nothing Ear (a) expecting a premium product and good durability, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
After spending thousands of rupees on this product, I started facing serious issues not long after the warranty period ended. The battery life on the buds is terrible — even with ANC turned off, the earbuds last barely 10 minutes, which isn’t even enough to listen to two full songs. On top of that, one of the buds doesn’t even charge past 70%, making it practically unusable.
What makes this even worse is the lack of proper service support in Chennai, India. There is no service center to actually repair the product. During the warranty period they only offer replacements, but once the warranty is over, you’re basically stuck with a defective product and no way to fix it.
When customers pay a premium price, they expect the product to last several years — not fail just after the warranty period. At this point, it honestly feels like these earbuds are built to last just about a year.
If I had known there would be no proper repair support or service center, I would have definitely gone with another brand that actually supports their customers after purchase.
Very disappointing experience with Nothing.
