I am writing this feedback to report a serious and worrying battery performance issue that I have been experiencing on my device for the past few days.
Earlier, when the device was new, the battery performance was excellent. I could easily use the phone for an entire day after charging it to around 90% in the morning, without any stress or frequent charging. The battery backup was one of the main reasons I trusted and appreciated this device.
However, recently I have noticed a drastic change in battery behavior, which is very frustrating and concerning.
Current Issue Details:
The battery is draining rapidly even with normal usage
Today, I charged the device to 82% at around 4:00 PM
I used the phone for approximately 3 hours
By 7:45 PM, the battery had already dropped to 35%
There was no heavy gaming or unusual usage during this period
This kind of battery drain is not expected from a device of this quality and is quite disappointing. The sudden drop in battery health over just a few days makes me worry whether this is:
A software-related issue
A battery calibration problem
Or a hardware defect
The rapid drain has started to affect my daily usage, and it is honestly annoying to constantly worry about battery percentage.
