Spark Hey! Are you sure it’s unlocked? Because if that’s the case it should display 🔓 (unlocked lock) on your screen. At least when using facial recognition (take a look at the enclosed picture). It’s not about unlocking the sim, its concerning your lockscreen (so pin, fingerprint, face, etc)
