I am writing as a long-time and very satisfied user of the Nothing Phone (2). I have been loyal to the brand and was eagerly anticipating the launch of the Phone (3) for over a year.
My Disappointment & Current Stance:
Honestly, I was deeply disappointed by the final specifications and the price point of the newly launched Nothing Phone (3). After comparing the two models, I firmly believe the Nothing Phone (2) offers superior value and performance that meets my needs, and I am currently very happy with my device.
The Urgent Request (The Ask):
My only significant frustration is the lack of 120 FPS support in BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India).
The Nothing Phone (2) features the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and a stunning 120Hz display—it has all the hardware required to run the game at peak performance.
I often play with friends, and despite having the skill and talent, I am consistently put at a disadvantage due to being capped at a lower frame rate (90 FPS or less). This severely impacts my competitive performance and overall gaming experience.
You have already disappointed me by releasing a Phone (3) model that I cannot upgrade to. Please, don’t let this frame rate issue be another point of disappointment.
As a dedicated user who chose to stick with the Phone (2), I am respectfully asking Nothing to:
Work directly with Krafton (BGMI Developer) to officially whitelist the Nothing Phone (2).
Unlock the full 120 FPS option in BGMI settings for our device.
Please help us unlock the full potential of this fantastic phone!
