Nothing Phone (3a) random reboots - help

Ich habe kürzlich das __term_0__ Telefon (3A) gekauft und habe ein wiederkehrendes Problem, das die Benutzerfreundlichkeit beeinflusst. Während des Wechsels zwischen Apps oder manchmal sogar während der regulären Verwendung stürzt das Telefon plötzlich von selbst ab und startet sie neu. Dieser unerwartete Neustart erfolgt zufällig und ist ziemlich frustrierend geworden. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es sich um einen Software -Fehler oder ein Hardwareproblem handelt, aber ich hoffe, dass das __term_1__ -Team dies untersuchen und bald eine Lösung oder ein Update bereitstellen kann. Hat noch jemand ein ähnliches Problem erlebt?

I recently purchased the Nothing Phone (3a) and have been facing a recurring issue that’s affecting usability. While switching between apps or sometimes even during regular usage, the phone suddenly crashes and restarts on its own. This unexpected reboot happens randomly and has become quite frustrating. I’m not sure if it’s a software glitch or a hardware problem, but I hope the Nothing team can look into this and provide a solution or update soon. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

I’m having the same issue. The phone will either slow down dramatically, or freeze and then reboot.

Eventually a black screen with white and red text flashes on (too quick to read it properly) and the phone restarts.

It’s really annoying!!

I visited the official service center for my Nothing Phone to address this issue .The technicians there updated the software on my phone and assured me that the problem should now be resolved. I’m currently monitoring the phone to see if the issue persists, but so far, everything seems to be working fine..

OmkarSubedi No , I have no idea what they did with my phone, I guess they just updated the software before that they told me to factory reset the phone, by the way which country do you live in ??

I have a similar issue. When the battery is low (5-10%) and i plug in a charger to charge the phone, it reboots immediately.

In your case, it’s quite serious. Crash dump mode usually occurs when there’s an issue with either hardware or software. Take your phone to service center and get it fixed.

is anyone else facing random crash and restarting issue in nothing phone 3a pro i have mailed to the customer support team and they have assured they are checking it and will revert once they find the cause i have seen some people having the same issue please do help if the problem have been fixed for the people who had these issues in the past i think some recent update is causing this issues.
