PinoLY arinc9_unal 5ber, esim.me, 9esim… these I call “external eSim” and need OMAPI support to work, even if OMAPI refer to other features.
arinc9_unal PinoLY Yes, all eUICC-compatible SIMs need OMAPI for Android to be able to delete and install profiles onto the SIM. Be the eUICC-compatible SIM an embedded one (eSIM) or in an unpluggable card form. So I’m still looking for someone with a 3a to confirm the OMAPI support.

arinc9_unal CrisONViper Thank you so much! I see OMAPI is supported on 3a. Awesome news! Edit: Whilst waiting for this, the blue one became out of stock again. Ugh.
arinc9_unal Re*Index. That’s brilliant! Hit me up if you need any testing on 3a! Also, do you have a referral for the firmware upgrade for ESTKme Air that removes the logical SIM profile limit? You can also message me on Telegram, arinc9.
JohnM64 Hi - I was hoping to buy an esim adapter for my 3a, and the 9eSIM one has an associated app which you can install first to check whether your phone will support their adapter. So I did, and the results seem pretty unambiguous:
arinc9_unal JohnM64 Try the EasyEUICC app instead. That app gives me an error as well, albeit a different one
RyanSalazar For anyone checking this thread, OMAPI is currently broken on the latest stable version available for Nothing OS on the Nothing Phone (3a). This is fixed in the latest Nothing OS 4.0 Beta with Android 14.
