Probleme bei der USB-Geräte- und Dateiübertragung

Ich habe kürzlich Nothing Phone 2 gekauft und versucht, meine Daten über eine USB-Verbindung mit meinem PC zu sichern. Im Abschnitt „Dieser PC“ wird kein angeschlossener Speicher angezeigt. Ich habe das USB-Debugging aktiviert und die Dateiübertragung mit der Option „Von USB“ aktiviert. Ich kann immer noch keine Verbindung herstellen, aber wenn ich PTP in den USB-Optionen auswähle, funktioniert es einwandfrei, ist aber nur für die Bildfreigabe gedacht. Ich benötige die Dateiübertragungsoption, um mit meinem PC arbeiten zu können. Ich habe versucht, mehrere Android-USB-Treiber zu installieren, in der Hoffnung, dass es funktioniert, aber leider nein. Das ist eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit einfachen Dingen, bei denen man viel kämpfen muss. Hat jemand eine Lösung dafür, oder es handelt sich um einen Fehler in Nothing Phone 2.

My PC has the same results. It works on my laptop. Try another cable too.

etidorhpa Thanks but I forgot to add that I tried that and different computers and they all worked on my other phone and girlfriend’s phone.

If I connect a USB cable to my phone, it is not showing file transfer..I can’t able to enable,it was deactivated

What to do,I even tried USB debugging also.

It never works, I want to transfer my photos to PC

JP has the first part correct
make sure “File Transfer” is selected in order to access your stuff on your PC’s File Explorer
(x86 and ARM Mac people have to download the Android File Transfer app before doing all of this)

I use a Pixel 7 and it has the same issue as well. sometimes I’m unable to transfer stuff from it to my computer
if the issue persists, restart either your PC or phone and the file transfer will probably pop up

See if this is selected correctly… or maybe try different cable…

Josh yup…you’re right… but he’s saying that the option only doesn’t show…like it’s not get selected..

I bought Nothing 4a Pro and was trying to transfer my files from my old phone to the new one. However when I attempted to connect a USB drive through OTG I got no notification for the connection and when I checked USB preferences setting it was all greyed out and isn’t letting me switch controls. Same is happening when I am trying to connect the phone to my laptop through USB.

I have tried restarting the phone and my laptop. Also, I have I have tried enabling USB debugging and USB configuration in developer mode to “File Transfer” to but still the issue persist.

Please provide me a solution.
