Try connecting it to your PC using a USB-C to USB-C.
There have been reports that it can also be used with an A-to-C converter, but the USB cable that came with the nothing phone works well.
It appears that everyone was confused when this cause was discovered in another community.
It seems like it’s a bug that I don’t even know about the official, so it would be helpful if someone could report it to support.
