“nothing” is doing great, good to have np2 for 2 years. but definitely the camera very bad with compare to other brands having the same prize in India. here are few point I want to point out.
1. if multiple human object frame and not in focus…..little far in frame the face become very blurry(as they have show in their youtube video for camera test).
2. HDR is over processing the pictures , very bad.
3. color become very saturated. some time red become pink.
4. camera is still slow to save picture in gallery, they are having good hardware but not using full potential (i am not a expert on this but by seeing what they started few year back now what they have built np3 is as a product, engineering level, manufacturing it AOSM).
5. night photography is very good , no complain.
6.why they are obsessed with the micro photography, i am personally interested in zoom 3x , 5x (i am not saying micro is bad, its very good this for people who use it), they should improve the coloring shift in zoom shots (for np3 as per the reviews I have seen on YT).
7. I need camera point and click , not hdr or over processioning , i like natural good looking photo with depth that’s it.
8. if for their flagship they can provide security update for one more year its good, they can do that. but if not i respect their decision , small company ,business model etc.
that is my take on camera mostly and for “Update policy” due to price in India I am in confusion to buy the NP3, definitely there is some strategy they have thought of but price is really concerning for me. and for future phones also.
