Just got my first Nothing phone today (3a Pro) and was really looking forward to using it. Went to initial setup and it was not able to connect to internet on either Wifi or Mobile data. Reached out to online support who were not great here. Did not get the issue and kept pointing me to check airplane mode and telling me to perform a factory reset.
Ended up doing offline setup and then downloading latest updates before then doing factory reset which then worked so I could restart the welcome experience (to restore backups, etc).
Not a great start to my Nothing journey as a customer. Both on the phone and the support.
