Exactly, I do believe Nothing should focus on supporting their existing products in tandem with their new releases.
A good track record is key to obtain new clients and to keep the existing ones interested.
I do hope those plans are laid down as soon as their first product is announced, even if that product is a pair of earphones. If they commit to a timeline of support (updates and customer support, for example) and if they deliver on that, two or three years down the road, people will certainly feel more compelled to invest their money.
Everything is on the news everywhere these days. So a few bad experiences are enough for a negative pile on.
To answer @scarbo question more directly, and feeding off the interesting examples he gave, I would love to see a smartspeaker that doubles as a centralized hub to all things Nothing.
I genuinely think it can be an excellent canvas to let Teenage Engineering design shine with an outstanding sound stage and integration.
