Heads-up for Jio users facing incoming call failures (esp. on Nothing Phone (1)):
If your calls aren’t coming through—even from known contacts—check Truecaller. It may have silently blocked numbers you’ve previously used, without any obvious alerts. I had this issue and wasted time on SIM resets, VoLTE/VoNR checks, and JioCare chats. The real fix? Open Truecaller → go to Block → review and unblock any wrongly flagged numbers.
Once I did that, incoming calls worked perfectly again.
Jio Store staff knew about this, but online support had no clue. So if you’re stuck, skip the generic troubleshooting and check Truecaller first.
