System Sounds - Help

Hallo! Ich bin dieser Community beigetreten, weil ich mein neues __term_0__ Telefon 3A liebe, seit ich sie vor 2 Wochen gekauft habe, aber ich habe ein Problem gestoßen. Mir ist heute aufgefallen, dass jede Softwareeinstellung, die ich festlegen werde: Kein System, Tastatur- oder Benachrichtigungsgeräusche, auch wenn ein anderes Audiogerät angeschlossen ist. Dies bedeutet, dass bei normalem Gebrauch kein Ton von meinem unteren Lautsprecher stammt und ich nur den Mono -Sound von meinem Ohrhörer -Lautsprecher genießen kann. Weiß jemand, was dieses Problem/Fehler für mich beheben kann? Ich schätze, dass Sie helfen!

Hi there! I have joined this community because I love my new Nothing Phone 3a since I bought it 2 weeks ago, but I encountered a problem.

I noticed today that whatever software setting I will set: No system, keyboard or notification sounds will play even when a different audio device is connected. This means that with normal use, no sound is coming from my bottom speaker and I can only enjoy mono sound from my earpiece speaker.

Anyone knows what can fix this issue/bug for me?

I appreciate you help!

MickGerritsen Hey mate, if this system, notification and keyboard sounds or, all sounds? Have you checked your settings via settings > sound and vibration > and then toggling on settings such as ‘dial pad tones’ to see if that works.

Also make sure you have switched off ‘do not disturb’ and your phone is not on silent.

Thank you for the reply. I have done that too already. And what is very strange as well is when playing audio like music or from a video, no sound is playing from the bottom speaker - only the earpiece.

If nothing works, I consider to do a factory reset.
