hrry I agree with your opinion on battery life
shoaib_m The Nothing Phone 1 is now three years old, and it’s likely that NOTHING has decided its life cycle is over. This last update hasn’t brought anything new to the N Phone 1.
I don’t use features like “hide app” or “private space” (to me, they’re useless features).
What I would have liked:
the restoration of the camera’s original performance—I took some beautiful photos when I first bought this phone
a Gallery app with the promised features
a document scanning app built into the camera
more accurate and realistic battery health stats—not just whether it’s charged to 100%, and without having to use third-party apps
support for removable eSIM (OMAPI)
These would have been real new additions (everything else is just useless gimmicks), but they never came—and I don’t think they ever will.
I’ve used NP1 with great satisfaction over the years, but now it’s no longer competitive.
I think I’ll put it back in its box with all its accessories and store it carefully, because NP1 was the true beginning, the icon, the launch, NOTHING’s challenge to all the other brands. It was what the 3310 was for Nokia… the symbol of the brand!
I have Ear1, NP1, and NP2, but I don’t know if I’ll go for the Nothing Phone 3—trust has to be earned… we’ll see if NOTHING earns my trust.
