wasn’t mad at the asymmetric design of the new “Nothing” phones at first. In fact, I fell in love with the brand because of their bold design choices. They made it clear on their YouTube channel—they’re not here to sell features or top-tier hardware. So what are they selling? Design? Idk….
Their earlier phones had this raw, alive aesthetic—something fresh and different in a sea of generic slabs. But then came the “3a Pro.” I hated the misaligned camera module. Still, I told myself: maybe this is temporary, maybe they’ll bring the soul back with the next one.
And then they dropped the “Phone (3).”

What. The. Hell.
I get it—we can’t expect everyone to love a single design. But this? This isn’t bold, it’s just messy. Every time they miss the mark, they drop a YouTube video to justify it. So yeah, I’m waiting. I want to see what kind of explanation they come up with for this one. Because right now, it feels like they’ve lost what made “Nothing” something worth caring about.
