Nothing Ear - Price Adjustment

Hallo. Ich habe gerade meine Nothing Ear -Knospen erhalten und dann wurde der Preis gesunken. Der Kundendienst gab an, dass sie aufgrund von "Richtlinienbeschränkungen" nicht preisen könnten. Ich hatte sie vielleicht 2 Wochen und diese Art brennt. Hat jemand anderes dieses Problem gehabt? Ja, es ist "nur" $ 26, aber ich bin ein Vollzeitstudent und das ist echtes Geld. Der Kundenservice zeigte auch nicht wirklich kein Einfühlungsvermögen… Ich meine, ich bin nicht einverstanden, dass die Richtlinien in Stein gemeißelt sind und scheinen wirklich ein Dodge zu sein, um keinen guten Kundenservice zu bieten, sondern wie sie mit 0 Empathie gesagt haben, wundert mich, wer zum Teufel den Kundendienst bei Nothing versteht. Ich habe einen schlechten Geschmack in meinem Mund hinterlassen und kein großartiger erster Eindruck für einen ersten Kunden ...

Hello. I just received my Nothing Ear buds and then the price dropped. Customer service said they could not price adjust due to “policy” restrictions. I have had them maybe 2 weeks and this kinds burns.. Has anyone else had this issue? Ya its “only” $26 but I am a full time student and that’s real money. Customer service just didn’t really show any empathy either… I mean I don’t agree that policies are written in stone and really seems like a dodge to not give good customer service but gosh the way they said it with 0 empathy makes me wonder who the heck understands customer service at Nothing. Left a bad taste in my mouth and not a great first impression for a first time customer…

Why should they do? They can’t help when you bought them. I don’t understand that. You bought them voluntarily at that price. It’s more your fault and furthermore if the price drop wouldn’t come you wouldn’t complain either.

because it would be excellent customer service. excellent customer service is a larger part of maintaining lifelong customers. refunding $26 is a tiny price to pay to acquire that type of loyalty. Its a gesture some see value in.

you are correct. had the price not dropped i would not have asked for a price adjustment. however the price did drop significantly and within only a few days of purchasing them. as the customer that stings a bit and the customer is always right. I asked for a reasonable gesture, in the sales world, and was rebuffed and told thst it violates policy. As if policy was written in stone and no one has the ability to “take care of customers”. It hasn’t been a great first impression… but i am chalking it up to “start up company vibes”

The customer is always right in matters of taste, to finish the quote.

Sorry pal, it’s a tough feeling but you can’t ask for sale prices when you purchased outside the sale period. There will always be folk who buy just before or just after price changes. It isn’t Nothing’s fault, nor is it yours. (How could you know)

But also it isn’t reasonable to ask for any money back. It doesn’t make it bad customer service that they’re saying no, either - it’s just business.

it’s certainly not great customer service. There are companies that would see this scenario as an opportunity to make a fantastic impression and there are many if not most that would not. Let’s see which way Nothing goes
