how can i work if iam not able to open files on my phone . What for have I paid Money to Nothing to buy a Mobile which doen’t work Nor the Company is Providing any Solution

Why should i Install a Third part App on my Phone Why the Company has not Pre installed it

The Company should fix this issue with a software Update atleast

mannpradeepmann Umm idk if you’ve heard of google play. Besides google drive which comes with every Android phone comes with a pdf viewer. Skill Issue.

Having no bloatware is one of the reasons why Nothing’s approach is popular.
It isn’t a bad thing to have to install a third party app. I’m not sure Pixels come with native support for word docs, and I’m fairly sure that Android will open PDFs by default.
What you’re interpreting as a negative thing is actually a plus. You get to choose which app you want to use, rather than having your choice PLUS a bloat app if you choose not to use the preinstalled one.

Samarth97 Of course - we’re talking about natively. I would consider Drive and the majority of Google’s ecosystem of apps to be an extra rather than a core part of Android.

May be that’s Not a Priority to open a File or for Nothing Team but for me it is . Dev Team should be inteliggent enough to provide the same if they have a phone in the market ; competition doen’t work like this . Ur USP was Bloatware free phone and now u are instisting to download apps which are full of ads . This Office Support to open files in a handset is something basic which all brands give even small brands also . U are not new to this industry OK .

I if you really wanna edit pdf on ur phone just use 3rd party app. Or just use files to read pdfs

Rob ⚡️ one of the main issues I’ve faced is with the gesture navigation. The home gesture (swipe from bottom) doesn’t work most of the time. I’ve reported it multiple times over the past year and half. It is yet to be resolved. There’s no damage to the phone. It is on the latest software. Yes, it has been reset. Yes, feedback was given.

BIO_S (🇺🇸) I’ve tried my friend’s phone. Similar issue. I’m not completely sure but this is the only phone where I’ve faced such a minor inconvenience but something that we use daily.
