Hello, Nothing Team.
Three days ago, I went to the Nothing service center to repair my Nothing ear(a) buds, which were still under warranty. After checking, they informed me that it has a minor scratch and will not be covered by the warranty. Also, I received a reply from the nothing team, mention that it will not cover warranty for this product because to a scratch. You guys are releasing this product as transparent. When we put these buds in our pocket, they will itch. I bought this thing for 5000, including the offer. And I’ve only been using it for eight months. This is a waste of money. This type of approach from your end is completely unacceptable. I’ll include a snapshot of my misplaced earbuds. I need a thorough explanation for why the warranty was rejected
