“KanarKanar” #p191290
I experienced similar problems immediately after purchasing the device. They persisted after the system upgrade, which promised better communication stability. In addition, sound was lost during calls and mobile internet was unstable. There were no obvious reasons for these problems, so I tried changing various settings related to data transfer. I couldn’t find a clear dependency, but eventually all the issues disappeared
Firstly, I recommend making sure all minor settings on your phone are up to date, including Android system settings, Google account logins, OS settings, and security settings. Run and use at least as once all phone features related to communication modules (WiFi, Bluetooth, calls, NFC, etc.) It’s also a good idea to allow apps to use geolocation and take a walk around to catch signals and connect to other cell towers. This will help ensure your phone’s time is synchronized correctly.
After that, I adjusted my connection settings by turning off 5G, voice WiFi, and video calling, since my carrier doesn’t support them.
Usually, we use the same SSID (access point name) as our previous phone, but in this case, check that there aren’t any conflicts with the old AP, delete the connection from all devices, and reconnect.
Although I didn’t identify a specific cause, I’m including all current settings in case they help.
