To be honest, it also looks to me like battery performance is sub par:
- I use it lightly, around 4/5hours SoT
- I charge the phone overnight with a 5W slow charger and I’ve set the charge limit to 90%
- Most usage throughout the day comes from music playing (no spotify or any other online service, just good old local music)
- My tipical use pattern is phone idling -> unlock it -> quicly check music/banking app/messages -> turn off phone screen
- I’ve received the phone on 1st August, so adaptive battery should be very well beyond stable
- My day ends with around 20/25% battery left
Most of the SoT comes from the evening, during the day I guess that i average something around 0.5/1hour and i get home after work with phone at around 60%, I started asking myself if there is a “problem” with the music reproduction, all my files are in FLAC and I’m using EAR (OPEN) with SBC codec, I plan to run some tests by converting my music library in MP3 320kBps and see if this changes anything, otherwise my other guess is that the multiple change between idle and operation state is making the CPU ramp up very fast, if that is the case I would like to find a way of limiting this maximum “ramp up power”
