When i double tap on my lock screen the screen doesnt go off on my Nothing 3a pro. Can you fix it?

We do not have such functionality as turning off the screen by double-clicking on the lock screen. You can turn off the screen by double-clicking only if the phone is unlocked and you are in the active screen.

In my opinion it’s very annoying and nothing should fix this as soon as possible. They always tell, that they want you to use your phone less but then making it way to simple to “start” the phone by a single tap. Please change it to double tap and also double tap on lock screen to quickly lock my phone.
