Hey alle, Sie fragen sich, wann Sie der Meinung sind, dass das Feature, das auf den anderen Nothing -Modell vorhanden war, den Weg zur Glyphenmatrix finden? Wäre ein ziemlich cooles Spielzeug, da die Muster und Optionen endlos wären! Hat jemand Neuigkeiten zu dieser Funktion oder ob Nothing dies den Entwicklern überlassen?

Hey all,

Wondering when you think the feature which had been present on the other Nothing model’s will find it’s way to the Glyph Matrix? Would be a pretty cool toy as the patterns and options would be endless!

Anyone have any news on this feature or whether Nothing are leaving this up to developers?

Maybe they don’t add it because it’s pretty small in comparison to the old phones.
Furthermore they should improve it for the old devices.

JamesBeaumont Hey, I have an app on the play store and that got the new update today which adds this Music visualization feature for phone 3 via my app. And this is third party app. Nothing has nothing to do with this

I was hoping the old method of adding a contact name Alakazam with a customer ringtone would have done it… but alas not yet. Ill keep it set and try again on the next update 🤓

I actually can’t wait for this… The Phone 2 was great, but it was a bit too in-your-face to keep it on all the time… with Phone 3 and the Glyph Matrix, I would likely keep it turned on!

Also, hoping for a Matrix screen saver type animation too… if you call it Martix… make it Matrix 😃

JustinBurton I tried this also and not currently managed to see any result. Even though the Matrix is small, the number of sequences available are huge, would be a really cool feature to have for those who enjoyed it on the other devices.

There’s all the space and the reasons to add the music vizualizer, as we can see when we are in meeting record with the essential space, this is beautiful.

From an utility point of view, that would be much more popular than games (rarely used).

There’s much more people who wants to show they are hearing music at work for exemple (+ beautiful vizualizer)

To me this should be added very quickly !

Vishwam Okay I just tried it, that’s nice improvement but i’m not a big fan of the animation styles, let’s see what the future gives us

Vishwam Maybe I’m asking the impossible, I’ve not been working on it.

I had something much thinner in mind, closer to the essential record animation, which sometimes just shows a line

I guess it must be very hard to design because most of the songs doesn’t have silence, so it won’t show just a line..

At least I was thinking to something going from right to the left, so we can see that there’s something moving.

But I’m pretty sure the music glyph animation can be improved, the goal is to see as much as possible a recognizable wave, as the essential record

I’m not sure you should sync with the beats, I guess keep it simple and consistent as Nothing usually does

This is one of the coolest features of nothing phones. And it’s a huge miss on the nothing 3, now with better speakers, a big led screen. They should definitely bring it to the nothing 3!
