PaulStoner Ummm…not good…. Right out of the box there was a firmware update, and the watch is a brick stuck on this screen….
pollenjh PaulStoner Not particularly surprised since the watches genuinely just seem like outsourced e-waste with an acceptable software experience. Most people would probably be better off with a refurbished Pixel Watch or Fitbit to be honest. But I’ll have to wait for the reviews before I can judge, it’s just pattern recognition 🤷

Anonymous931 PaulStoner If you are in the EU you are protected by the law about consumer rights and you have 14 days to return the watch and get a completely new one (or money back). No need to contact support, go through warranty process…
