CMF Buds 2A unable to pair - help

Ich habe einen neuen Satz von Knospen 2a. Ich habe mich dann vor zwei Tagen mit meinem iPhone kombiniert. Sie haben bis heute richtig gearbeitet und werden nicht mehr kombiniert. Ich habe bereits Folgendes ausprobiert: * Vergessen Sie das Buds 2A -Gerät auf der iPhone -Seite * Halten Sie die Paar -Taste an Buds 2a, bis die Anzeige Licht blinzelt und dann versucht hat, sich zu kombinieren * Fahrrad-Bluetooth eingeschaltet auf dem Telefon * Kombiniert ein anderes Paar Bluetooth -Kopfhörer, um zu bestätigen, dass das Problem nicht das Telefon ist. Die Buds 2A erscheinen unter „anderen Geräten“, stellen sich jedoch niemals mit dem Telefon her.

I have a new set of buds 2A. I paired then with my iPhone two days ago. They worked properly until today, and will no longer pair.

I have already tried the following:

Forget buds 2A device on iPhone side
Hold the pair button on buds 2a until indication light blinks and then attempted to pair
Cycled Bluetooth on-off on phone
Paired a different pair of Bluetooth headphones to phone to confirm that the issue is not the phone.

The buds 2A appear under “other devices” but never connect to the phone.
