Hello Team,

I want to report that after the last two updates, the performance of my Nothing Phone 3a has declined significantly.

On the Asteroids-V3.1-250529-1004 build, the phone used to deliver the best battery backup — around 11 hours of screen-on time (SOT).
After the last two updates, the SOT has dropped drastically to only 3 hours.
The device also starts overheating when turning on the hotspot or even while listening to music on TWS earbuds, which was not the case earlier.

Kindly look into these issues and work on restoring the stability and efficiency that was present in the Asteroids-V3.1-250529-1004 build.

Anyone else experiencing random glyph lighting? In flip to glyph, I am getting random light ups. Turning the phone over, there are no notifications.

I updated the Nothing Launched last night. I’m a YouTube Premium user. I listen to a lot of audiostories. Just discovered that while I’m playing something on YouTube and minimizing the application for background play, it pauses for a second and then resumes. I thought it was a bug in the YouTube app itself. So, screen-recorded and sent it over to a friend, turned out that screen-recording didn’t actually capture the pause and then resume thing. Then I uninstalled the latest update of the Nothing Launcher and tried to reproduce it. And, it turned out that it was an issue with the Nothing Launcher itself.

Edit: It’s not just YouTube. Every time I minimize an application and get back to the homescreen, the audio pauses and then resumes after a second.

After recent system updates, the camera will take an extra photo that I didn’t want to take. The camera isn’t set to burst photo, so I’m not sure why that happens.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue that started after the latest update released on 1st August 2025. Once the update was installed, I noticed the following problems on my device:

The camera shakes while capturing photos.
Video recording is not responding properly.

These issues are causing significant inconvenience, as customers are unable to record videos smoothly or take clear photos.

I kindly request you to look into these bugs and ensure that they are fixed in the next update. This will help improve the overall user experience and prevent further hurdles for customers.

I have been consistently using nothing 3 A and I use it for like 10 hours daily but most of the time while consuming content or playing games my phone get switched of without even notifying me even I keep it on power saving mode. Some times i have noticed a notification about 10% when im not on batter saving mode kindly push notification even on battery saving mode & ( Pls add a notification at 3% battery too ) my phone has been dead more than 25+ times!.

Hello everyone,

I used the nothing 3A (last update release)

I noticed that :

when I change the ringtone of my alarm, on the app settings, the alarm ringtone still the same when the alarm comes (I have the default alarm app)
when I changed the ringtone of notifications, the ringtone is applied, but not for all my apps (some have there own ringtone). I need to go over app listing, and select the app to set it’s proper ringtone. Do yo know if Nothing can apply the same notification ringtone for all apps, instead that I have to go of each of them one by one ?

Do you know if this is known bugs ?

My process launcher keeps on crashing after the 3.2 OS update and my phone becomes very laggy when i just scroll on the main page or when i try to enter applications why is that so ? Anyone facing the same issue ?
