Since yesterday I’ve been unable to have my Watch Pro 2 to sync to the Nothing X app: I’m asked to migrate my previous data from the CMF app, which I already did some time ago and now, when I try to get past this point, I get an error message in Chinese (I believe) and I can’t get any further.
I’m not sure what else I can do, and I can’t really tell where the issue’s from. I haven’t done anything different than usual…
I’ve restored the factory settings on the watch as well, so the only thing I can do with it right now is chose a language and display the QR code for pairing, which loops back to the same issue I presented.
EDIT:
So I tried making another account just to be able to use my Watch while I was on vacation, and I tried to transfer my data with this one.
It did work so I’m guessing my issue come from the fact that I’m usually logged in with my Google account
