Mohd_Isham That’s exactly why I chose the Nothing Phone. Yes, I’ve rooted my device for customization, but I’ve also emailed Nothing multiple times, saying we can work together because I believe in what they’re building.
But here’s the concern: what if people start leaving Nothing because of software limitations? Not even advanced features I’m talking about the basics. Lockscreen customization, for example, is a fundamental need, and it’s still not where it should be. Gallery AI features are still missing, too. If Nothing can’t build these things quickly, I think the Nothing community could step up and build third-party apps similar to how Samsung has Good Lock.
The international market is also a very different story compared to India, and Nothing needs to account for that gap.
As for AI I believe it will take time to get right, and honestly, I’m not a fan of too much AI being pushed everywhere. It should feel natural, not forced.
