Hey! Nothing community, I love the direction Nothing is taking with its design and unique hardware balance — but as a buyer in 2025, a couple of specs gave me pause when I was deciding on my next phone.
What I noticed:
Storage: UFS 2.2 feels a step behind. For devices priced ₹18K+ in India, UFS 3.1 + LPDDR4X RAM should really be the baseline.
USB‑C Port: Still using USB‑C 2.0. With today’s processors and 5G capabilities, at least USB‑C 3.0 makes sense for faster transfers and charging.
Why it matters: Better storage and port speeds aren’t just “specs on paper” — they make a real difference to how long a phone feels fast and capable over years of use.
My wish: Future Nothing phones with these updated standards, plus the thoughtful price‑to‑spec balance would be an instant recommendation from me.
What do you all think — are these upgrades a must‑have or nice‑to‑have?
