Ich kann Hotspot mit meiner SIM nicht verwenden, da ich mich nicht in den APN -Typ "Dun" eingeben kann. Bei einer anderen Sim, aber es wird mich immer noch nicht "Dun" eingeben lassen, aber der Hotspot funktioniert. Ich bin Italienisch und habe einen virtuellen Betreiber namens "Optima Mobile". I can’t use hotspot with my SIM because it won’t let me enter “dun” in the APN type. With another SIM, however it still won’t let me enter “dun”, but the hotspot works.

I’m Italian and I have a virtual operator called “Optima mobile”.

Visani_Marco03 Hi, sorry to bother you! I am Italian as well, and I use the same Virtual Operator Optima. However I can’t even set the APN correctly, so right now I can’t even use internet from mobile T_T.

Could you share with me your APN configuration?

Same, with Tiscali. Cannot set DUN on their APN = tethering / hotspot not working. sorry to not be able to provide a fix but you’re not lone, maybe the more traffic we generate, the higher the chance that Nothing will notice this and provide a fix.

Same problem here with Nothing Phone 2a, Android 15 (Nothing OS 3.2), and Italian ISP TISCALI. Please help solve this issue asap!

It says you need root to fix it but I don’t want to risk it.

Same problem with TIM Business (under NETMON infrastructure). The APN type “DUN” cannot be selected. Is it possibile to insert this property with a string message as Samsung does?

The same thing happens to me with Vodafone Italy. The SIM automatically generates 3 APNs: one for browsing, one for MMS, and one for tethering with DUN selected. I need to change the APN name because I can’t use the default one (I have a special contract). On the first APN I can edit it and I can navigate with phone, but I can’t select DUN, so no hotspot. On the third one I can’t modify or delete anything, and since I have to use a different APN than the default, I can’t use the hotspot with this one either.
