1 looks natural, 2 looks PP’d to hell and back.
I’m a fan of 1 but I’ve been taking digital since 1999 and usually shoot dSLR with my favourite glass that produces a nice bokeh (maybe 120k snaps between all my cameras).
I understand this is personal preference and usually a generational difference. There are also strong culture preferences and I speculate this is due to the range of colour palletes employed in daily life (compare Copenhagen and Chennai).
