It’s been a couple of months since this issue has come up, and it’s not just me. On Phone 2, WiFi goes completely dead, unresponsive, and you’re not able to turn on the toggle at all. When I first faced this issue, I tried every possible thing to try and fix it, but nothing helped. Ended up factory resetting the device, and I was glad that it was fixed then. But after a few weeks the issue is back up again. This time I got it to work after countless restarts every time it happened, and it happened quite often. But after the latest 3.2 update, it’s completely unresponsive again from last three days.
I raised the concern with the customer service, they just said that I can send in my phone for repair and I’ll have to pay since the warranty is expired (I bought it on launch). They don’t seem to understand that this is a software issue. And countless other users on Reddit have reported this same problem on their Phone 2. But none of us can actually do anything about it other than just rely on mobile data all the time, which is simply not practically convenient or useful.
I would like to ask others if they have faced this issue and would request the Nothing team to look into this matter.
