One of the largest gripes with the NP3 pre-release was that it gets hot, so I was naturally curious when it would be throttled. And it seems we now have our answer. (I assume this would have happened in an earlier update). It seems now that the battery temp plateaus at 47C, whereas before sometime the HIGH TEMPERATURE warning would hit at 55C I believe and kill the 3DMark app (I also believe this is what happened in some pre-release YT videos).
