Nicouschulas If we try to follow a rule like that, “external parts” could end up being either a very limited set of toggles or, on the contrary, a very extensive set, depending on what we consider external. The speaker—sure, that counts, basically anything related to sound (up to bluetooth? brightness slider, since it’s a physical property?) . Personally, I’d prefer that, for the sake of look & feel, a harmonious mix of gray/white/red is used, with the colors balanced in terms of their quantity on each screen, so that red accents stand out without causing confusion. I don’t think that would be too hard to implement.
As for the “music visualization” you mentioned, if you mean the media player, it’s actually implemented in AOSP, and its color is determined by the media thumbnail.
