I’m a Phone 2 user in Taiwan, and I also received a promotional offer push notification. I tried to activate the discount using my IMEI, but why is the promotional message showing a discount of NT$10,000, while the store is only applying an NT$8,000 discount?

I had already made three visits to Jarir Bookstore Saudi Arabia who are managing the promo here as per Nothing website.. On my last visit on September 17, they were still unaware of the promotion. They took my contact details and informed me that they would reach out once they receive official communication from Nothing. However, I have not been contacted since then.

Additionally, I could not find any mention of this promotion on the Jarir Bookstore website. As per Nothing’s website, the promotion is already running from September 15 until October 3, 2025, but it seems there has been no update provided to Jarir Bookstore.

I have already raised a request (#1326336) with Nothing Support.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and clarify how I can proceed with availing the promotion.

Very nice! However on my region, Hong Kong, which it said managed by CSL. They(CSL) said they do not know such program and have no infomation. I tried to ask them in store front and customer service hotline. Don’t know if this offer exist on my region really… love to get a phone 3 although my current phone 2 work just fine.

CMF1_hacker you mean they(Fortress) also offer a special discount for current Phone 1 and 2 user or they simply have phone for sell at their normal price? The pomotion said it is managed by CSL so…. and how much of a discount really?

I have also sent an email to Nothing CS to see if they could help. Hopfully can jump on a Nothing Phone 3!

SheungHangKo Atp its a messed, the customer service is even confused with this upgrade and credit offer….stores didnt have more info about this offer…i also tried contact Nothing Malaysia Outlet Store (Low Yat) and yeah turns out they themselves didnt know that this offer exist….

SheungHangKo I currently reside in the UK and only purchase grey market items from HK to the UK/EU through providers like Trading Shenzhen (or equivalent).

CMF1_hacker so I used the upgrade offer, saved £300, just sold on phone (2) on eBay for £315 so the phone (3) has cost me £184 🥹🥹

SheungHangKo Hey buddy, I checked with CSL Hong Kong on the 15/9 and sent email to Nothing CS, Regarding the upgrade campaign, CSL has cancelled the promotion. Even the CSL hotline nor the store staff knows any details about it. They said the offer is invalid and shown cancelled in their computer.

Meanwhile Fortress Hong Kong is not doing this marketing campaign at the moment, Nothing CS will get back to me soon if there’s any update.

SheungHangKo I know right, such a scam and spent so much time to figured out NOTHING lol. I might just get the nothing phone 3 512GB indian version (Which provides 500mah extra battery lol) at a local phone store tomorrow at $4780 HKD. I think it’s reasonable. There’s also a very new 3A pro I saw on carousel just listed at$ 1999 HKD few hours ago. Seems legit to me.

I have also looked into the Indian version as well for the extra battery but I couldn’t find a retail at pricehk selling that import, if you could share! I don’t think I would go for the 3A pro as its CPU is more or less the same as my Phone 2.

The only thing that I am worrying about would be octopus for android if it would work on the import version as it quite essential for myself.
