I have exchanged nothing phone 2a plus and got the phone 3 for 52k

If im exchanging the same now im getting for 32k.

20k difference for just 2 months shows the company instability and insecureness.

So the loyal customer are here to lose their money 🙁

Lesson learnt :

just wait for 2 month of product launched you will know the real feedback of the product as well they will give fix and make the os also stable with very less price for you.

Dont buy any nothing products at the launch.

I did the same mistake for nothing 2a plus and now with phone 3

Customer support offered 10K Flipkart voucher.. have asked them how less loyal are we since it was announced for loyal customers!

Am holding my Phone (3) after upgrading from Phone (1), am excited for so many years of updates and am eager to play around with the new features!

sankalpasb I too called customer support but they told this 10k for nothing phone 1 or 2 exchangers not for nothing phone 2a plus .

Also they said i have 2 years of warranty for my device as it was purchased during sale 1.

So finally im not getting any benefits 😕

But still the price difference is more and this kind of instability is not good for nothing as well.

Need to be more cautious going forward while puchasing nothing or cmf products

SudharsonJ yea! I still love the phone.. experience has been great! But the loyalty program, when announced was a shocker! And they said those who exchanged will be taken care but was left sad and disappointed when got to know its not on equal terms!

jay_again I contacted Nothing Support as I previously bought a Nothing Phone 1 and 2. As I already have a Phone 3 they gave me a discount code to use on my next purchase. It did not state the value amount but when I applied it to my Ear 3 purchase the cost went to zero. I only paid the £7.99 express delivery upgrade.

RohitPakalapati how does this program works in India. All I can see is the same price others can buy as well, no ImEI verification prior to that. How do I get more info on this. Is thi’s only BBD offer ? Also do we have to turn in our existing phone in order to avail this offer? What difference is it making? I’m confused
