mackie_cmf I’m not your buddy, my best friend. And as I said many times - we have plenty of choice on the market, A LOT of choice. From that teaser in the OP there is clearly plenty of new stuff and more-than-welcome improvements, such as this:
We will be able to change colours, the flashlight is now red instead of a whole 1×1 tile being a huge red circle, for example. And I’m not even a fanboy at all (I have two other phones, none is Nothing but Xiaomi and Apple instead), I just don’t see why is there need to have now three phones to look identical UI-wise. What exactly is bad for Nothing to keep their own design language over the whole OS?
Edit: This is nothing against you, don’t get me wrong, I’m saying this just in general - I find it extremely amusing how some people want to have everything in Nothing’s style, like Phone/Dialer, file manager etc., but as soon as they get anything close to that they immediately want transparency, blur, liquid glass…
Like “I want everything black, but make it all white.”, that’s a nice way to describe a lot of people in Nothing community. How do same people love Nothing design but they want to replace it fully with something totally different, that’s beyond me, lol.
