I don’t have the exact image (forgot to take a photo), but yeah it’s stuck there.
Previously, I had been experiencing Wi-Fi and hotspot failing to work. Something was clearly wrong, as a restart didn’t fix it. But because it worked sometimes until the next time I restarted, I didn’t mind. One time the phone restarted by itself and these two functions, of course didn’t work. After fiddling with the switch for a while, this screen showed.
Tried unlocking bootloader to factory reset; recovery could work but the phone stuck at the screen after booting. I tried reflashing the ROM, and it didn’t work because this was tied to the system itself.
This phone was 1 year and 10-11 months old only.
Hardware issue; motherboard failure, specifically. I am not in a hurry to fix it; I have switched to my Samsung S10+ for now. Please buy more Nothing phone 3 and 3a Pros so at least I know if the motherboard issue has or hasn’t been fixed 2 years later.
